Na última sexta-feira comecei a ensinar português para uma americana que passará duas semanas no Brasil e quer aprender o básico para comunicar-se por lá. Certamente o meu inglês também será beneficiado pelas nossas conversas! O nome dela é Maya e nos conhecemos através da Marie (americana e professora de inglês) e da Marcela (colombiana).
Foi uma falação de inglês, português e espanhol :D. Estava muito divertido! A “minha aluna” é tão interessada que já chegou falando: “Boa Noite”, “Obrigada”, “Eu não sei falar português” … hehehe.
A Maya já passou férias no Brasil e adorou. Desta vez ela vai para o Rio de Janeiro e para o Paraná (a viagem será a trabalho). Além disso, daqui há 1 ano ela tem planos de ir para Moçambique, país onde também fala-se português. Por isso, nossas aulas vão continuar depois de sua ida ao Brasil.
Conforme prometido, este post terá uma versão em inglês:
“Last Friday I’ve started teaching Portuguese to an American girl that will spend two weeks in Brazil and wants to learn basic Portuguese, to be able to communicate there. Certainly my English skills will also benefit from our conversations. Her name is Maya and we met each other through Marie (an American girl and English Teacher) and Marcela (a Colombian girl).
It was a “talkative” night, with a mix of English, Portuguese and Spanish :D. It was really fun! My “student” is so interested that she came to class already speaking: “Boa Noite”, “Obrigada”, “Eu não sei falar português” … hehehe.
Maya had already spent vacations in Brazil, and she loved it. This year she is going to Rio de Janeiro and Paraná (and the trip will be a business trip). In about one year from now Maya has plans to go to Mozambique, country where people speak Portuguese too, that’s why our classes will continue after her trip to Brazil.”
